Travel
Wenatchee is located on the east side of the Cascade mountain range and is approximately 2.5 hours from SEA-TAC Airport in Seattle. Seattle is the only major international airport with flights and shuttles connecting into Wenatchee. There are other airport options without connections where you could rent a car and drive to Wenatchee.
Flying directly to Wenatchee
To reach Wenatchee from Seattle, there are flights via Alaska Airlines. There are two flights per day; one departing at 11:55 and arriving at 13:00 and one departing at 23:00 and arriving at midnight.
Shuttle bus
There is also a direct shuttle bus from the airport to downtown Wenatchee that travels five times per day and is often a better way to connect and travel to Wenatchee without long layovers at SEA-TAC airport. Reservations can be made online and we recommend that you make reservations for the shuttle in advance.
Car rentals
You can also rent a car at SEA-TAC airport and then drive from the airport to Wenatchee.

The conference venue is centrally located along the Columbia River in Wenatchee. Along with the food and drink amenities at Pybus Market, it is walking distance to restaurants, breweries, and wine tasting rooms downtown. There are several hotels within walking distance of the venue.
